- Inspired does not charge until service or product has been delivered (or components thereof as agreed)
- Inspired retains copyright to methods, tools, literature and techniques developed on assignments, unless otherwise agreed
- The client is responsible for direct expenses incurred in completing assignments and these are payable as incurred
- Inspired's liability is limited to the total of fees charged. No consequential damages will be contemplated
